Stay Dates - 27th Dec and then 30th & 31st Dec 2023 We recently had the pleasure of staying at Cilantro Unwind Delisso Abode Hotel in Gangtok, Sikkim, and I must say, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The chef showcased incredible culinary skills, delivering mouthwatering dishes that left a lasting impression. Kudos to the entire team for creating a memorable experience! We were booked for Suave category room but after requesting Hotel staff upgraded the room to Suite.. Suite category room is really good compared to Suave.... Suave is not good for family as its very small in size....that's only for if you are going for business trip. I was very lucky and thanks to staff who upgraded my room to Suite...

I am from Kerala. I stayed at Cilantro Unwind Delisso from 29 Dec 2023 to 1 Jan 2024 along with family (5 nos.) with small kids. It was a great stay. Our family room with 2 big beds were a luxury for us. The food menu is small. However, we were able to get very good non-veg food in the evening, similar to what we have in kerala. In the morning we got good veg food. Kids really enjoyed the food and stay. We had a very fabulous view of the Kangchenjunga from our room at 6:30 am. We enjoyed the traditional Welcome provided to us on check in with a soft shawl. The staff were very courteous and helpful, starting with Siddhant at the front desk, Sajan, Manisha, Yunish, Srijana, Bepana, Jennifer, Priyanka, and Santosh. Two people I want to call out who went the extra mile are Santosh, the super cheerful Amir Khan looks house keeping guy, happy to strike a conversation and explain things to us. He made sure we had the needed room heaters in all days. The other person is the cheerful Bepana from the restaurant. She proposed so many options when we were confused about the food. When our kids didn't eat in the morning, she ensured that they had food packed for the day's travel. Special thanks also to the chef, who behind the scenes ensured we are proved safe and tasty food.

Great hotel with a great view. Food was excellent, service was top notch and their facilities are well equipped. The receptionists Manisha & Siddhant are very friendly and helpful and always ready to attend to your needs. Kitchen staff Depana and Priyanka are also helpful when it comes to your food matters. A shoutout to Santosh for handling our luggages good as well. We were very well taken care in Cilantro unwind, a truly satisfying stay and memorable moments. Highly recommended hotel
